Home Visits
The
Breastfeeding Counsellor may decide that it is necessary to visit a
mother in her home to observe a breastfeed and to counsel and support
the mother if the mother would like this service. The service is not
charged for though a donation is welcome!
Antenatal Breastfeeding Course for expectant mothers
Pregnant women and anyone who wishes to accompany them may attend this
course before they have their baby. The course is about
breastfeeding only and its duration is three sessions of two hours
each. The fee for this course will be Lm5.00 and includes some
handouts.

Breastfeeding Counsellor Course
This
course has been initiated on the 1st July, 2004 and is expected to end
in July 2005. The Course tutor is Ms. Helen Borg. She lectures on
topics related directly to breastfeeding. Other topics are
facilitated by professionals who are experts in their field.
